TESTIMONIALS
“I come out from class feeling like I have gained more knowledge about myself. You can tell that Karin is passionate about teaching and wants you to grow.”

"Karin's aerial yoga class is such a delightful experience! She does a phenomenal job at utilizing the hammocks and gravity to assist in getting a whole new kind of stretch. I was originally very intimidated by aerial yoga but Karin made it clear that the hammocks are our friends, not foes! She is very knowledgeable and does a great job at imparting that knowledge to make aerial yoga welcoming and fun. Plus, I don't know what's better than shavasana in a bright blue cocoon!"
